Children over 12, limitations on children’s
accommodations: Furnishings and room décor are designed for adults. Children
must be supervised at all times. |

The Blue Spruce is equipped with high-speed
wireless access for your laptops. |
| Wheel Chair Access |
A wheel chair ramp is provided for access to common rooms on the 1st floor. |
| Laundry |
If you need to use the laundry facilities,
please arrange a time with us. There is also a local Laundromat. |

Bicycles & helmets are available with a
signed release form to sign before peddling away. |

Blue Spruce B&B has
central air and heat. Each room has a gas log fireplace to make your room warm
